There are no automatic doors in the valet retrieval area, either off the courtyard or where the cars pull up. The only handicapped doors are at the front entrance. As a Diamond member, valet parking is the best perk and now that has been taken away for part of the week. Valet parking is not a convenience for me, it is a necessity as I am very vulnerable getting out of the car and need assistance putting together my portable scooter. The most recent is their decision to terminate valet parking on Monday through Wednesday. I have physical challenges and there are several problems with Horseshoe Baltimore.
